Kortatu fue un grupo musical vasco fundado en 1984 en Irún, Guipúzcoa (Euskadi - País Vasco, España). En la década de los 80, en Euskadi Se presenta una sociedad juvenil influenciada por la actitud caótica, autodestructiva y antisocial de la wave inglesa. Un grupo de jóvenes; los hermanos Muguruza (Fermín & Íñigo) Guitarra y Bajo respectivamente y Xabi "Treku" a la batería, deciden formar Kortatu, una banda objeto de controversia, leyendas y cómo no, la voz de una generación y con influencia de bandas como: Strawman, The Clash, Redskins, Newtown Neurotics o Red London. 1986 - Pim Pam Punk (Kortatu)...

A collaboration between Cortney Tidwell & Kurt Wagner. Their first record "Invariable Heartache" came out in autumn 2010. It was an early collaboration on Cortney Tidwell’s Don’t Let Stars Keep Us Tangled Up album that led to her and Lambchop's Kurt Wagner performing together at Nashville club The Basement in the summer of 2008. Their cover of Don Williams’ ‘I Believe In You’, a track Lambchop had recorded for their most recent album, OH OHIO, was transformed by KORT’s chemistry into a rowdy, straight-from-the-heart-on-the-sleeve moment of Nashville magic, almost as if they and the band behind them were symbolically coming...
