SIAM SHADE se funda en 1991 cuando Chack (Hideki) y Natin deciden formar una banda llamada 'atae:ru', sus primeros integrantes fueron Chack (vocals), Natin (bajo), ATARU (guitarra) y A, pero a principios 1992 ingresa Kazuma como guitarra rítmica, ya que Chack lo conocío en un concurso musical llamado Hotwave en 1989, cuando él y Natin participaron con su banda llamada POWER.
