BabyMetal (stylisé en BABYMETAL) est un groupe de musique féminin, composé de trois jeunes idoles japonaises (SU-METAL, YUIMETAL et MOAMETAL), formé en 2010 et produit par l'agence de talent Amuse, Inc. Il s'agit du deuxième sous-groupe, après les Twinklestars, du groupe fémininSakura Gakuin dont les membres en font partie en parallèle. Ainsi, le groupe se fait connaître au Japon avec la chanson Doki Doki Morning et progressivement en Europe puis aux États-Unis. Le trio fait entre autres partie d'un des clubs d'activité périscolaire de Sakura Gakuin, le Heavy Music Club. Depuis mars 2013, BABYMETAL ne dépend plus de Sakura Gakuin...
