There is more than one band with this name. (1) Sweater Weather is a musical ensemble hailing from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. There are at least five bands called Sweater: 1) A shortly lived band featuring the artist David Ford that eventually evolved into the internationally ignored pop rock band, 'easyworld'. 2) Brooklyn two piece, experimental folk outfit made up of Richard Vagnino and Jacob Kaplan. 3) The more well known is the Indie Pop/Korean Rock band 스웨터 (Sweater). The Weather Machines was the songwriting/recording vehicle of Jason Ward that was active in Rapid City, SD and Portland, OR from 2004-2010. Live and studio contributors included Sam Phillips, Oliver Francis, Tom Miller, Ali DeMersseman, Miyo One Arrow, J. Waylon Miller, Patrick Fleming and Luke Mickelson.
