There is more than one band with this name. (1) An outfit hailing from Kansas City, Missouri, The Conquerors play some hazy psychotropic garage space rock, mixing maniacal garage punk and psychedelia with cascading percussion, pounding guitar licks, and the occasional gang sing-along. Metaconqueror is the solo project of Texas resident John Stillings, one half of the noise terrorist unit Steel Hook Prostheses.
