There is more than one artist with this name. 1) Autumn Leaves was a Danish melodic death metal band formed in 1993. They were originally named Decrial in 1992. The first album, "Embraced by the Absolute", was more of a death metal album while the second, "As Night Conquers Day", was more melodic. Nine Leaves has been refining its craft for the last 10 years. After testing the waters with their self-titled debut album, released in 2006, the collective went back to the lab to further refine their signature sound... the result is nothing less than ground-breaking. John Greaves (born 23 February 1950) is a British bass guitarist and music composer, best known as a member of Henry Cow (1969-1976) and his collaborative albums Kew.Rhône (1977) and Smell of a Friend (as The Lodge) with Peter Blegvad. He was also a member of National Health (1978-1981) and has recorded several solo albums, including Accident (1982), Parrot Fashions (1984), La Petite Bouteille de Linge and The Caretaker. .
