Jeff Derringer is the resident DJ and creative director of Oktave. With the Oktave project, the last year has seen Jeff host and play alongside Techno’s cutting edge: Silent Servant, Par Grindvik, Claro Intelecto, DVS1, Samuli Kemppi, Cio D’or, Three and a host of New York’s homegrown talent like Eric Cloutier and Derek Plaslaiko. Recently Jeff relocated to Chicago and opened a 2nd incarnation of Oktave, which debuted on Nov. 5th with Silent Servant and DVS1 at Smart Bar.

Jeff's new EP will be released via Perc Trax on December 17th. 'Tarantula' features Jeff's original mix and remixes by Claro Intelecto (Modern Love) and Iori (Prologue).

‘Principle’ is Jeff’s last EP, released on Subtrak Records. It features two of his original productions, and remixes from Samuli Kemppi, Noah Pred, and Subtrak’s Derek Marin. 'Principle' was supported by Silent Servant, Pfirter, Lucy, Tommy Four Seven, Par Grindvik, Giorgio Gigli, Claudio PRC, Taimur Agha, Anthony Parasole, Alexi Delano, Three and more.
