Regina è un gruppo musicale rock della Bosnia ed Erzegovina, fondato nel 1990 a Sarajevo, in quella che al tempo veniva detta Jugoslavia. Nel 2009 la band ha rappresentato il loro paese all'Eurovision Song Contest con la canzone Bistra voda (Acqua chiara in italiano), composta da Aleksandar Čović, piazzandosi al 3º posto nella prima semifinale ed al 9° nella graduatoria finale.
