Wil Seabrook (born October 25, 1976) is a musician, singer, and songwriter from Morganton, North Carolina. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California.

Wil Seabrook has lived a creative lifetime in his few years in the music business. An indie deal as a singer/songwriter led to extensive touring throughout the US and press tours of the UK, culminating in a major label deal with Maverick/Warner Bros. A year spent touring with world class groups from Dave Matthews Band to Sister Hazel ended with the release of the band’s self-titled EP, with the first single charting at AAA and commercial radio and being featured in several TV shows. The band returned to their indie roots with their follow up CD, “Inside”, touring relentlessly and selling thousands of copies at live shows all over the country.

After a year of songwriting and pre-production, Wil went into the studio in June of 2007 with Michael Duff (Chalk Farm, Rusty Truck) co-producing, and with mixes by Tony Phillips (Seal) and mastering help from Kevin McNoldy (Dave Matthews, OAR), the new release, One Dozen Summers debuted in August of 2007.

In January of 2008 Wil inked a deal with Australian indie producer Jamie X. The 4-song EP produced by Jamie and including a who’s who of Australia’s top musicians as well as mastering by Bob Ludwig (Coldplay, U2, Bruce Springsteen, Rolling Stones) was finished in June 2008.

In the summer of 2009 Wil went into the studio with producer Lior Goldenberg (Sheryl Crow/Macy Gray/CSNY) to record a full length album. The result, “Exit To Temple Street”, is considered by many to be Wil’s finest work to date.

In 2010, Lior and Wil teamed up again for the first single based on the 30 Universal Declaration of Human Rights precepts. The single, entitled “Believe”, is based on the first precept, “We are all born free and equal” and is available for free download at RockForHumanRights.org, the non-profit that Wil founded to spread the word about the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

2011 saw Wil signing a songwriting deal with Telepictures Music, creating an introspective, more acoustic 4 song EP “East / West”, with songs featured in several TV shows.

2012 witnessed the formation of a new band-oriented project, Empire of One. The 5 song EP, once again with Lior Goldenberg at the helm, has a bigger sound reminiscent of U2, Kings of Leon and the Police.

In 2014 Wil launched the first official national tour for his non-profit foundation Rock For Human Rights. The tour unites musicians from around the world to uplift audiences with diverse music concerts as well as information on the 30 basic human rights everyone on the planet has as outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
