DOES（ドーズ）は、 2000年に福岡で結成された日本のスリーピースロックバンド。 2006年にキューンレコードよりメジャーデビュー。 英語を使用せずに、 美しい日本語の響きを大切にした氏原ワタル作詞の歌詞が特徴。 （歌詞の列は縦型になっている） DOESというバンド名になった理由は、 氏原ワタルがブリーダーズ（The Breeders）のDoe（意味は雌の鹿） という曲が好きだったことと、ビートルズ（THE BEATLES）が好きだったことである。 よってdoe＋（THE BEATLESの）SでDOESとなった。 氏原ワタル（うじはら わたる1977年3月4日-） 本名は氏原亘。長崎県南島原市出身。 O型 全ての曲の作詞・作曲を担当している。 ボーカル・ギター・ハーモニカ担当。 赤塚ヤスシ（あかつか やすし1978年7月6日-）　 本名は赤塚康志。宮崎県西都市出身。 B型 ベース・コーラス担当。 森田ケーサク（もりた けーさく1980年8月27日-）　 本名は森田慶作。鹿児島県奄美市出身。 B型 ドラムス・コーラス担当。 .

The Morendoes was a short-lived Gothic Rock band in Norway in the early 1990's. The band released a single album entitled "There Is No Salvation" in 1994. The band split up not long after in 1994. Among the band members were Jan Kenneth Barkved of Elusive-fame, who passed away in 2009. .
