千葉県出身の4人組バンド。 VoGt.藤原基央 Gt.増川弘明 Ba.直井由文 Dm.升秀夫 （幼稚園時代、全員同じ幼稚園だったが、藤原、直井、増川は、升のコトを知らなかった） 1994年、升は中学3年の文化祭用にむけてバンドを結成。増川以外のメンバーを含む4人で「ツイスト・アンド・シャウト」や「スタンド・バイ・ミー」などのカバーをしたところ、予想以上にウケる。そのときは「ハゲバンド」という名前で活動していた。増川はギターを弾きたいと思っていたが、ギター担当は別にもう1人のメンバー（ちなみにそのメンバーは、四人からは「アイツ」と呼ばれている。生徒会長だったらしい）がいた。 これで味をしめたメンバーはオリジナル曲での活動を開始。各地の大会に出場するようになる。 ところが、メンバーのあいつは次第に真面目に練習をしなくなっていった。そこで増川と4人で大会に出たところ良い成績を残す。その結果あいつはバンドを辞め、増川がギターとして迎え入れられた。 ガラスのブルースでエントリーした全国大会ではグランプリを取得。その後ライブ活動、ツアー音源制作、配布を開始するようになる。 .
