Do As Infinity is a Japanese pop rock band. Currently consisting of 伴都美子 (Tomiko Van, vocalist) and 大渡亮 (Ryo Owatari, guitarist), several of their songs have been used as themes for Japanese television shows, movies, video games, and anime, which gained them a great amount of popularity both in Japan and worldwide.
They were formed in Tokyo in 1999, and debuted as a trio the same year with 長尾大 (Dai Nagao) as composer and leader. In 2003 their greatest hits album Do The Best achieved million sales in Japan.
The group disbanded in September 2005 and performed their last live...
Cristian Castro (born Cristian Sáenz Castro, December 8, 1974, in Mexico City) is a Grammy Award-nominated Mexican pop singer. He is also known as "Christian Castro", "Cristian", or "El Gallito Feliz" (The Happy Little Rooster).
Castro added the "h" to his first name for the release of his successful album, "Mi Vida Sin Tu Amor" in 1999. "Christian Castro," however, is still not widely used as "Cristian Castro," and Castro actually went back to using "Cristian" on his albums until 2004.
Castro released "Azul" in 2001, and won the "Best Latin Pop Album of the Year" award.
Castro married Paraguayan,...

Below is the actual liner notes from the back of the album that I own:
"F**K YOU. That's right, F**K YOU. This is supposed to be the f**king CyberSpace-Sex age or some f**king thing and I'm sitting here with a f**ked up Smith Corona typewriter and my wrinkled little pud in my hand. OH WELL.
Speaking of space, this here finely-fleshed band of gals puts all those lame instrumental bands to shame. F**k Surf, this is Space! As you might well guess if you're a rock n roll scholar they take the Astronauts (Colorado's mountain kings of rock n roll...
"The Mystic Astrologic Crystal Band" offers up an interesting mix of psych and what you'd call sunshine pop. I've seen a couple of reviews that compare the LP to The Yellow Balloon and the comparison' wasn't too far off, though Hoffman's affection for the sitar and Grass' production touches gave this a far more distinctive psych edge. Musically the collection was pretty much divided between the two genres, though Grass added interesting production touches to virtually every track - 'Early Dawn' shifted from great harmony rich pop to a weird phasing segment and then back again. At least to my...
