Die Flippers (The Flippers) are a German Schlager group from Baden-Württemberg formed in 1964. They are one of the most successful Schlager groups ever, and have been constantly recording and releasing new music since their self-titled debut album (which was released in 1970). In total they have released 45 albums, 5 of which have gone platinum, 24 gold. They won a Goldene Stimmgabel( "golden tuning fork" ,one of the most important German music awards) in 1988, 1991, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2003 and 2004. .

The band Guitar Wolf (ギターウルフ), founded in Nagasaki, Japan in 1987, are known for their piercing vocals and extremely loud style of garage punk that emphasized heavy distortion. They coined the phrase "Jett Rock 'n' Roll", a homage to rocker Joan Jett, which they also use to describe their musical style - an energetic cross between The Ramones, rockabilly, classic punk, and noise rock. The Sado Maso Guitar Club (with an optional dash between "Sado" and "Maso"), or TSMG, is a psychedelic rock band out of Garz, Austria. The band was formed in 2009 by Matthias Krejan, guitarist and bassist of the The Incredible Staggers, The bands name is a play on the initials of band leader Matthias Krejan's artist name among The Incredible Staggers, Shakin' Matthews: SM.
