Born in Badajoz (Spain), in 1980. Roldán started to play drums in some punk-rock bands in his town, Don Benito. At the same time he started to compose his own songs,very influenced by artists like Sonic Youth, Sebadoh, Leonard Cohen or Harry Nilsson, and with an idea of making Lo-Fi music, mixing some ideas of folk and noise He was recording his experimental material by a broken cassette-recorded, which was useful to make "overdubs" in the same tape.
