Incepted in 1998, San Francisco based Irish artist Neil O' Connor began Somadrone as a project to document some home recordings from old tape machines and 4-track recorders. This was released in 1999 as a 10” single limited to 100 copies. The latter years involved playing, recording and touring in Europe and America with Redneck Manifesto, Connect Four Orchestra, Goodtime John and Jape.
Instruments such as Vibraphone, Harp, Theremin, Indian Drone Machines and Analogue Synths feature on 2005’s “Fuzzing Away To A Whisper” released Sept 05 on Trust Me I’m a Thief records. These collections of recordings are 2 CDs...
The Squadron recorded the uber-legendary ‘We Drink Blood’ EP in the following configuration. The great opera lord James Duke Fang-Begley (ex Centurion’s Ghost) was appointed vocal-meister. This is a position he vows to retain in the Squadron for all time. Graham Pyre was bass-oberleutnant. The Mastergoth (ex The Nefilim) was the Guitar Giant in question. Sadly The Mastergoth is now in torpor but has vowed to arise to play for The Squadron if ever called upon. The sound of Methadrone is structured around 2-bass guitars, one rhythm and one lead along with programmed drum patterns and some ambient key sounds and vocals. The Methadrone concept was concieved in '97 but was not implemented until '03 after the disbandment of WOMB (www.necroharmonic.com) in '02 (also structured around 2-basses).

Quadron is a Denmark-based neo-soul duo, formed late July 2009, of Coco Malaika (vocals - aka Coco O.) & Robin Braun (music / production - aka Robin Hannibal) - both members of Boom Clap Bachelors. They released their début, Quadron, in 2010.
Previously Coco has sung backup for Danish soul artist Karen, and Robin has been collaborating with Nobody Beats The Beats, Clemens, Jokeren & L.O.C.. Also, Robin has worked on his own projects - Owusu & Hannibal & Parallel Dance Ensemble.

June Madrona is the name of a musical project based on songs written and played by Ross Cowman with various line-ups over the band's history. They use at various times the guitar, cello, harp, melodica, flute, glockenspiel, banjo, and of course, their voices. Topics range from mental illness, gender standards, and male privilege, to the celebration of relationships and place.
