蔡淳佳 (pinyin: Cài Chúnjiā; Joi Chua or Joi Tsai, born August 3, 1978) is a female vocalist based in Singapore. Joi was educated at Raffles Girls' Primary School, Clementi Town Secondary School, and Singapore Polytechnic in Optometry. She debuted in 1996 in the Extraordinary Singers Course that was organized by Ocean Butterflies Production. In 2004, she moved on to Play Music. In 2005, she was the ambassador of Singapore's Speak Mandarin Campaign, and held concerts at over 12 different primary and secondary schools to help promote the language.
