Mustafa Ceceli (born November 2, 1980) is a Turkish pop singer. His musical career started with an amateur high school band. After high school, he attended to Ankara University Faculty of Veterinary. In third class, he left this faculty, he took the university entrance exams second time and he attended Yeditepe University Economics department.
His professional music career has started after meeting Ozan Doğulu and with his various arrangements for Sezen Aksu. His first album was published in 2009 with the title also bearing his own name. .

Jego debiutancki album "Suç Bende" z 1994 roku osiągnął sprzedaż 1.7 miliona kopii i został najlepiej sprzedającym się albumem tego roku.
W styczniu 2008 roku Musti poślubił Eminę Jahovic. W sierpniu 2008 urodził im się ich pierwszy syn, Yaman.

Moustafa attended Al-Shaheed Abbas School where his talent and love for music and singing earned him the role of lead singer in the school concert. His father got him a guitar when he was ten and he began taking summer classes. Later he attended the University of Alexandria and although a student in the business department he continued his summer music classes.
After university, he moved to Cairo to find a production company. His first song was "Wala Yabou Khad Gameel", released on a collective album with other talented singers, and in 1990 he released his first solo album, Wassaf....
"Na początku lat 80-tych duża część środowiska punkowego w Polsce, znudzona nieco tą estetyką, zaczęła poszukiwać czegoś nowego. Czegoś, co odnowiłoby skostniałą stylistykę muzyczną, a przy okazji głosiłoby równie radykalne hasła społeczne, jak to miało miejsce w przypadku punk rocka. Właśnie w tym czasie zawitała do Polski muzyka reggae, która w naturalny sposób została zaakceptowana przez środowisko punkowców. Jednak nic nie trwa wiecznie, muzyka wciąż się zmienia, przychodzą nowe inspiracje. Dla młodych ludzi na całym świecie punk nie jest już tak mocnym punktem odniesienia. Jego miejsce zajęła muzyka hip-hop.
Właśnie miłość do reggae i hip-hopu jest powodem powstania grupy Mustafarai....
