House of Pain - amerykański zespół wykonujący rap. Powstał w USA w roku 1992. Ich pierwszym kawałkiem, który odniósł niesamowity sukces był "Jump Around". Ich pierwsza płyta "Fine Malt Lyrics" pokryła się potrójną platyną. Everlast po wydaniu płyty "Forever Everlasting" zerwał kontakty z Ice-T i wraz z kolegami ze szkoły średniej Danny Boyem i DJ Lethalem założyli House of Pain. Zespół rozpadł się w 1996 roku po wydaniu płyty "Truth Crushed To Earth Shall Rise Again". Everlast postanowił nagrać zupełnie coś innego niż dotychczas. Paint It Black to amerykański zespół założony w Filadelfii w 2002 roku. Grają melodyjny hardcore punk w stylu Kid Dynamite, Good Riddance czy Lifetime. Wydali 3 albumy, oraz 5 EP. Originally known as Slaves, Pleasure Forever was a rock band on Sub Pop Records. Their music is generally dark, and has a somewhat gothic/cabaret feel. Lyrical content (while heavily distorted on Alter) can be vague but is usually concerned with images of hedonism, lust, weakness of man, death and similar themes. Zasadniczo było to trio w składzie: saksofonista John Zorn, basista Bill Laswell oraz perkusista i wokalista Mick Harris (z grupy Napalm Death). Band Of Pain was started in 1994 as a side project of Splintered, the band Steve Pittis was part of. After several vinyl and CD releases and two John Peel sessions, Steve felt, it was time to break away. Before long, Band Of Pain became his main concern and Splinterd split at the end of 1996.
