There are five projects called Crawlspace: 1. Crawlspace is a combined Death Metal with hardcore Sounds. The Lineup was: Brecht (Vocals), Dominique (Drums), Wim (Guitars), Jurgen (Bass). Back in Zonhoven, Belgium, in 1994, the breaking up of Supporated Necrosanct (death metal) resulted into a new band called Crawlspace. They played old school hardcore at the time and put out two demo tapes. The line-up never changed over the years but an evolution of sound and style followed. The result was their first dead and brutal mcd "Don't get mad...get even!" on RPP records (BEL). Crawlspace as they are known today...

Biography by Richard Skelly - allmusic.com Singer, songwriter, guitarist, arranger and producer Johnny Rawls draws on the 1950s' and '60s' deep soul-blues tradition in his guitar playing, yet his lyrics and singing are completely 1990s. Rawls got his early musical education from his grandfather, John Paul Newson, a blind guitarist who played around the Hattiesburg area. Rawls began playing clarinet and saxophone in third grade, and by the time he was in his teens, the band instructor hired Rawls to play in his band. As a teen, Rawls had the opportunity to back singers like Joe Tex and Z.Z. Hill....

Louis Allen Rawls, mais conhecido como Lou Rawls (1 de dezembro de 1934 – 6 de janeiro de 2006) foi um cantor estadunidense de jazz, blues e soul music, nascido em Chicago. Publicou mais de 70 álbuns e participou de flmes e espetáculos televisivos. Montou juntamente com Sam Cooke, seu colega de classe, o grupo de música evangélica Teenage Kings of Harmony, durante a década de 50. Rawls se alistou no exército norte-americano em 1955. Em 1958, sofre um sério acidente automobilístico e permanece em coma por cinco dias e meio. Tal acidente fez com que ele levasse vários meses...

Known in the independent rap world for his production skills, J. Rawls has worked with everyone from Masta Ace, The Beastie Boys, Wordsworth, Black Star and J Sands (who he works with as one half of Ohio's underground hip-hop group Lone Catalysts). With his earliest recollection of hip-hop from movies such as "Wild Style" and "Beat Street" and influenced by Madlib, Pete Rock and Jay Dee he has always produced and made music he has loved. In 2001 he released his solo debut called "The Essence of J. Rawls". He has released two more albums since, "The Essence of Soul"...
