As I Lay Dying é uma banda de metalcore dos Estados Unidos Foi formada em 2001 em San Diego, California. Musically they follow on from the Nuzzle LP that was released on Troubleman Unlimited, playing rather sad sounding alt-country / indie rock. .

Studying was a band of bummer dudes from northern Virginia.
