The mind behind Timewarp is Angelos Stoumpos, born in Athens, Greece 25 years before the second millennium. He was introduced to electronic music at age 13 when he acquired an Amiga. Captivated by the fledging technology's potential he started working on his own sounds and soon found his musical identity in the area of chill sound beats. Being a DJ as well as a composer he became known in the greek 'underground' electronica scene. MINDWARP is a death metal band created in 2015 with in its Line up, members of the band CARCARIASS.
The compositions of the group want to let speak the experiment of the musicians who make up this Swiss band, based in Geneva.In march, 2016 MINDWARP records its first album called « A COLD BLACK DAY », on GREATDANE RECORDS, with 9 tracks.This album was recorded and mixed by DROP (Bassist of SAMAEL and Guitarist of SYBREED) at DOWNTONE STUDIO in GENEVE (Switzerland).

Eis uma excelente - e pouco comentada - banda de Hard Rock (com toques psicodélico e progressivo) do final dos anos 60, a qual inspirou-se em bandas como Black Sabbath, Deep Purple e, em outros momentos, lembra Uriah Heep.
