2. Fountain of Youth is a young band from Buehl, Germany, founded in August 2003. Their sound is described most easily as Progressive Rock in "Dream Theater"-manner, although the band had participated successfully in many newcomercontests and created its own and varied sound.

Founded in August 2003 the band had undergone many changes. The current instrumentation consists of Johannes Messner with his E-Bass, Johannes Helsberg at the keyboard, Sandro Metzinger as drummer and Joschka Metzinger at the guitar, also singing the lead vocals.
