Originally known as Slaves, Pleasure Forever was a rock band on Sub Pop Records. Their music is generally dark, and has a somewhat gothic/cabaret feel. Lyrical content (while heavily distorted on Alter) can be vague but is usually concerned with images of hedonism, lust, weakness of man, death and similar themes. Marcus Ramone Cooper (born December 27, 1984 in Carver Ranches, West Park, Florida), better known by his stage name Pleasure P, is a Grammy award nominated American R&B singer-songwriter, producer, actor and former member of R&B group Pretty Ricky, of which he left in 2007 to pursue a solo career. The Shock of Pleasure formed in 2004. The group was created by singer/songwriter Robert Romano of Stranger than Fiction along with veteran drummer Brent Irish and bassist Josh Curry. In 2005, the group was joined by Kelley Christian as featured vocalist. Kelley is classically trained and started out singing jazz in the local Dallas circuit. The Guilty Pleasures are a punk band from Lancaster, England. Influenced by bands such as Anti-Flag and The Unseen. They have released two E.P's entitled, 'Freedom of Speech' and, 'Think of England' on the 29th of June 2008 they released a full length CD called , 'What Are We Fighting For?'. They have also shared the stage with acts such as MC Lars, Subhumans and UK Subs.
