The Judybats were an "alternative rock" band from Knoxville, Tennessee. They recorded four albums and two singles from 1990 to 1994 and had minor success with a cover of Roky Erickson's "She Lives (In A Time of Her Own)" and their 1993 song "Being Simple". Her best selling album, Woman Blue was recorded in 1965 with accompaniment by two guitarists, Dick Weissman and Artie Traum.
