Matthias Weckmann (1616?-1674) was a North German musician and composer of the Baroque period. Weckmann was born in Niederdorla (Thuringia), probably in 1616. The Joe Locke / Geoffrey Keezer Group The unique combination of vibraphone and piano creates a space much larger than the sum of its parts -- one in which these two brilliant improvisers and clever accompanists can really get down to work. When Locke lays down the full, ringing tones of his vibraphone, Keezer takes off at full throttle; and when Keezer's sophisticated spatial sense launches chords, Locke works his four mallets with fiery skill. Even when navigating tricky chord progressions at rocket speeds, they never lose their deep sense of swing. .
Aaron Jeoffrey was a Contemporary Christian duo of father Jeoffrey Benward and son Aaron that enjoyed popularity in the mid-to-late 90s. Jeoffrey was already involved in the Christian music business since the 70s when his son expressed interest in following in his footsteps; their eponymous debut album was released in 1995. Their goal was to show a positive model of the father/son relationship. After their last album release in 1999, the duo disbanded to follow individual careers: Jeoffrey released a self-titled album in 2000 and Aaron is currently a member of the band Dirt Road Hotel. .
