Daknit, Bard of Tarot | th

BD Blake (aka Daknit) was born in Detroit Michigan in 1978. His love for gaming and music led him down the path to remix his childhood favorites as well as video game music of the time. Daknit, a character game his played as in Diablo, founded the Tarot Guild in 1997 and eventually took the rank of Bard after several sessions of story telling and music composing.

Daknit, Bard of Tarot entered the mainstream in 1998 with several Starcraft Techno Remix on MP3.com. From there he moved to the site OC Remix in 1999 and helped formed ground breaking submissions in the video game remixing community. He was also featured on several college radio stations such as Super Radio X.

In the early 2000's, much of Daknit's music was removed from OC Remixes site to reduce bandwidth space and later on as well for "quality issues."

In 2001, Daknit left the remixing scene from the graphic arts and sound design for a production company in Monroe, Mi. There, he created logos, animations, and background music for several local markets that advertised on TV ads. Also, Daknit was sound designer for the movie "13 Seconds."

In 2006, Daknit became a youtube blogger with weekly shows, including a Magic the Gathering series that prepped young gamers for regional tournaments.

Today, Daknit (now DaknitAlpha on Xbox) is living comfortably, in Pennsylvania applying his talents to art via paint and paintbrush (comp). .
