2005-current Hellscion is an independant music project. created by John Webster. Beginning around 2000 in Florida, he created random music with music software & dilapidated computers, trying to develop a unique style of music. Around 2007 he decided the music became a little too unique and decided to start trying to tone it down & make music that others who hadn't been involved with the early development process of 'Hellscion'. Among their productions stand out a 1995 12" called Emerge for the legendary techno label Chain Reaction and a highly regarded DJ mix for Tresor based on works by Basic Channel. Patrick Ascione (Paris, France, 1953) began composing in 1976 and shortly after joined the team of the Institut International de Musique Electroacoustique de Bourges (IMEB, France) which he subsequently left in 1984.
