Second Auschwitz were formed in february 1984. The first time they came together was may of the same year. They didn't bother to practice but recorded their songs straight to cassette. None of the first members (the band had several personel changes in their 3-year existence) ever had played an instrument.
From may 1984 to november 1986 the band released eight cassettes -, they never made it (to my knowledge) to vinyl.
Bandmembers later surfaced in hardcore outfit TOTAL RHYTHM CONTROL, trashcore unit SKHΓ–DER and new wave band TUPELO HONEY.
The claim to fame came for Second Auschwitz when their song "MYRA HINDLEY" was aired on dutch national radio. Soon afterwards the band split up.
