Highlight is a South Korean boy band formerly known as Beast. The band consists of five members: Yoon Doo-joon, Yong Jun-hyung, Yang Yo-seob, Lee Gi-kwang, and Son Dong-woon. Original member Jang Hyun-seung officially left the group in April 2016. Later that year, the five remaining members moved labels from Cube Entertainment to Around Us Entertainment and subsequently changed their name to Highlight and re-debuted in 2017 with the mini-album, Can You Feel It?. .

There are at least two groups called Highlander. 1. Highlander were an early 90’s electronic folk rock band from Fife, Scotland. Their only studio album was the hit 1992 release, Born To Be A Warrior. 2. Highlander (J. Tap & Roland Ceelen) is a dutch duo that released a bunch of (Early) Hardcore/Gabber EPs in the 90s. They were also featured on dozens of compilations from the mid 90s untill about 2005. .

Jon McLaughlin is a U.S. pianist, guitarist, and pop/rock singer-songwriter. McLaughlin was born on September 27, 1982 in Anderson, Indiana. Playing piano since early childhood, he was always finding ways to get out of piano lessons. While attending Highland High School, he shattered both wrists in an accident that interrupted his musical education. Nevertheless, McLaughlin attended Anderson University to study music. He released an independent album entitled Up until Now in 2003. This quickly led to McLaughlin becoming the first artist to sign on with the school's record label, Orangehaus Records.
