Electro-metal with German lyrics - intelligent, danceable and hard, interspersed with moments of tenderness. Metallspürhunde have a backbone of electro-metal encased in flesh of pummelling industrial, and EBM courses through the band's arteries. Their heart holds a love of 80s new wave and synth-pop that shines through in their music. The electronics breathe out a mix of expansive melodies and deep, gut-thumping bass, tempered by clever effects and topped off with distorted guitar riffs and pumping beats: a mongrel that is playful and trusting one moment, gnashing ferociously the next. Rhùn est un groupe de Zeuhl-rock aux accents jazz...une sorte de fanfare du chaos mêlant décalage et transe non-répétitive. Le groupe est né il y a un an sous un pommier et ne cesse d'entretenir depuis une esthétique imprévisible et puissante. The 1998 formation of The Dearhunters brought Sydney, Australia another dose of country soaked pop. With former Clouds guitarist Jodi Phillis and ex-Verys bassist Tim Oxley providing the dual male-female vocal harmonies, Greg Hitchcock (guitar) and Raph Whittingham (drums) completed the musical package of hauntingly, bittersweet ballads.
