Julie Iris Fernandez, better known as Juris, is a former lead singer of the Filipino acoustic group MYMP. She was born in Davao City, went to high school at the Ateneo de Davao University and went to Miriam college in Manila. She finished BS Psychology, presently taking up a Master's Degree at the Ateneo De Manila Univ. She is the youngest of two children. Her mother is an obstetrician-gynecologist. Guitarist Vic Juris is best-known for his association with Richie Cole. He made his recording debut with Eric Kloss (1975), gigged with Barry Miles' fusion group, and started his off-and-on association with Cole in 1976, appearing on some of the altoist's finest recordings. Juris Simanovičs is the frontman of classic Latvian psychedelic rock and indie rock band Bērnības Milicija from Rīga, Latvia. Riperogrāfija is his debut solo album, released in May 2012 via Tornis. The album can be considered a classic lo-fi tradition of withholding records - most songs are written and non-professionnal mixed environments, and this has been analogous to using a four-track tape player and tape master recorder.
