Buzzcocks 1976'da Bolton, Greater Manchester'da kurulmuş İngiliz rock grubudur. Grubun hikayesi solist Howard Devoto ve Pete Shelley'in The Velvet Underground şarkısı "Sister Ray"'i beraber çalabilmek için ilanla müzisyen aramasıyla başlamıştır.
