There are at least 3 bands named as Trabant: one is an Iceland rock group formed in 2001; the second one was a short-lived underground hungarian alternative group in the '80s, still having cult-status; the other is an Italian band from Trieste. The Hungarian one: This band was formed in 1980 in Hungary. It was one of the most important Hungarian underground bands. Members were Gábor Lukin, Marietta Méhes and János Vető. This band has quite quickly become a cult-band. They made very low-key, very lo-fi music, which was meant to exist rather in a small room than on stage....
