Jakob Sveistrup (born March 8, 1972) is a Danish singer. He entered the Danish music scene in 2003 as a competitor in the Danish televised talent contest Stjerne for en aften ("Star For A Night"). He made it to the finals. Unusually, Sveistrup is not a professional singer — by day he teaches autistic children. In March 2006 Jakob resigned from this job, to make music his full time career. Jakob then went on to compete in the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix, which took place in Forum Horsens on February 12, 2005. He was selected as winner of the competition...

Móveis Coloniais de Acaju, or simply Móveis, are a ten piece band named after a minor historical event. André Gonzáles (vocal), BC (guitar), Beto Mejía (flute), Eduardo Borém (harmonica, melodica e keyboard), Esdras Nogueira (sax), Fabio Pedroza (bass), Leonardo Bursztyn (guitar), Paulo Rogério (sax), Gabriel Coaracy (drums) e Xande Bursztyn (trombone). Formed in 1998 they are from Brasilia, DF, Brazil. Every member brings their own influences to the band, this is made evident in their mix of rock and ska influenced by all sorts of world music: from Brazilian samba and bossa nova to rhythms of lots of other countries....

Voz Veis is a Venezuelan vocal sextet that has taken his name from popular slang used in Maracaibo city, place where the sextet came from. In 2007 Voz Veis became the first Venezuelan agrupation in ever win a Grammy Latino. .

Os Incríveis (in english The Incredibles) was a Brazilian rock band and pop from São Paulo, Brazil, founded in 1963, formerly known as “The Clevers”. With many extraordinaries influences, like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Jimi Hendrix, the band used to write more complex lyrics and harmonies, what made them different from some other 60’s brazilian bands - with their “naive” lyrics and portuguese versions of other artists. The group goes out of business in 1982. In 2001 the band returned to recording and live DVD is released the same year. .
