Elefantes was a Spanish band playing pop music. The band was composed of Jordi Ramiro (drum), Julio Cascán (bass guitar), Hugo (guitar) and Shuarma (vocals and composer of the musical themes). The band was active from 1994 to 2006. .

John Elefante (* 1958 in Levittown, New York) ist ein US-amerikanischer Sänger, Musiker und Produzent. Bekannt wurde er zu Beginn der 1980er Jahre als Sänger und Keyboarder der Progressive-Rock-Band Kansas, mit der er einige Charterfolge hatte. Nach dem Ausstieg von Gitarrist und Hauptsongschreiber Kerry Livgren verließ Elefante die Band. Anschließend produzierte er zusammen mit seinem Bruder Dino Elefante unzählige Alben christlicher Rock- und Metalbands, so für Petra, Barren Cross und Guardian. Founded in the beginning of 2002 in Porto Alegre (capital of Brazil's southernmost state), Pata de Elefante are an instrumental power-trio band heavily influenced by the likes of Dick Dale and The Ventures, stretching to Funkadelic and The Meters and reaching The Band, Jimi Hendrix and Cream.
