Los Tucanes de Tijuana is a Mexican band founded on 13 April 1987 by Mario Quintero Lara and a group of talented friends in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. From humble beginnings, starting their musical career by playing at nightclubs they rose to become the most successful and sought after Norteño band in Mexico, Latin America and the United States. Herbert "Herb" Alpert (* 31. März 1935 in Los Angeles, Kalifornien) ist ein US-amerikanischer Trompeter, Musiker und Schauspieler. Alpert hatte mit seiner Band „Tijuana Brass“ in den 1960er Jahren einige große Instrumental-Hits.
