Disco 2000 were a British pop band from London, England, notable as a side project of The KLF. Vocal duties were handled by Cressida Cauty (wife of KLF co-founder Jimmy Cauty) and June Montana aka Mo (former vocalist of Jimmy Cauty's previous band Brilliant). Between 1987 and 1989, Disco 2000 released three singles on the KLF Communications label, none of which entered the top 75 of the UK Singles Chart. .

Lead singer Youssou N'Dour, born October 1 1959 in Dakar, is a Senegalese singer and percussionist. He began performing at the age of 12. Broadcast 2000 sees Joe Steer combine cello, double bass, guitar, ukulele, glockenspiel, banjo, percussion and his own layered vocals to create unique sounding mini symphonies, all written and recorded in the bedroom of his north London flat.
