Gli Amaranthe sono un supergruppo svedese di metal melodico formato da membri appartenenti a varie band metal (Dreamland, Dream Evil, Dragonland, Nightrage, Cipher System, Within Y, The Cleansing, Koldborn, Mercenary, Engel). Più volte hanno preso parte come band supporto dei Kamelot nel tour europeo. Hanno suonato varie volte in Giappone nel 2011 e preso parte al festival Loudpark.Hanno raggiunto buone posizioni in varie classifiche.
