I Three Days Grace (3DG) sono una band alternative metal canadese formata nel 1992 a Toronto, dello stato dell'Ontario. I suoi attuali componenti sono Adam Gontier (voce e chitarra ritmica), Neil Sanderson (batteria), Brad Walst (basso) e Barry Stock (chitarra solista), ma quest'ultimo si è unito alla band più tardi, nel giugno 2003. Attualmente hanno pubblicato tre album, intitolati: Three Days Grace del 2003, One-X del 2006 e il recente Life Starts Now del 2009.
