Stereopony (ステレオポニー Sutereoponī), was a pop rock band that formed in Okinawa, Japan in 2007 and disbanded in 2012. The three-girl band consisted of Aimi Haraguni (lead vocals and guitar), Nohana Kitajima (bass guitar), and Shiho Yamanoha (drums). They were signed to the Sony Records music label. The band released 11 singles and three studio albums.

The Norwegian pop band, My Little Pony, also known as mylittlepony, formed in Oslo, Norway in 2007, disbanded in 2012. Four of the members of the old band became Making Marks
My Little Pony were double winners of "El Premio Pop Eye": "European Revelation" (2008), and "Best International Album" (2009).
In 2007 they released their first EP, "Songs in A Major", and the following year saw the release of their debut album "Think Too Much". After extensive touring the band released their second album "Making Marks" in 2011.
