There are at least 3 artists/bands named 'Fist of Fury':

1) Fist of Fury was a hardcore punk band from Hoeksche Waard, the Netherlands. They existed from 2000-2007. They played their last show (along with No Turning Back and Terror) at a venue called Bibelot, in Dordrecht, the Netherlands.

"Fist Of Fury started out first as Down To Earth. They released a demo-cd called 'Riot'. The band has grown up since that 1st Down To Earth demo. They now changed their name to Fist Of Fury [nl] and their songs are way more aggressive than before and with their new line-up (Adrian on Guitar & Maurice on bass) they're heavier than ever!

Their style can best be described as a mixture between American Nightmare, Terror, Comeback Kid, Killing The Dream and Carry On. Their lyrics deal with the everyday struggle that's known as life. There isn't a topic that's left out; which makes people always relate to their songs. Their sound is now more melodic than before but they also managed to keep their songs as aggressive as possible.

In 2005 they released their first demo, which contained 6 songs (well, actually 7). Early 2006, they recorded a mini-cd titled "Off My Chest", containing 5 powerful, energetic hardcore tracks that impressed friend and foe! The songs were recorded in the 50% Off Studio in Roosendaal. It also features a hidden live track. It's the first release in their new, steady line-up with Maurice on bass. Names like, Comeback Kid, Killing The Dream, With Honor, Carry On come to mind when listening to this killer cd.

They will also record some new material late 2006. The plans are to release a split-cd with female-fronted-hardcore band All For Nothing. In doing so, these guys will prove that Fist Of Fury is still going strong and will continue to kick some serious ass!"

2) Fist Of Fury starts music in '87 as drummer in trash/death metal bands. He releases his first single in '89 and in '90 a CD with the band 'Astral Rising'. Finally in '92 , he discovers techno and hardcore, buys his first sampler in '94 and the year after, he has some tracks compiled on cd's like 'Hardcore fever 2 & 4', Hardcore techno mania 3, he plays live and releases his first vinyl record on Magma As Peak.

In '96 , he organizes parties, and in'97 decides to collaborate with DJ Korrigan (K.Bal SoundSystem) and ArmaguetNad . With him he creates the Art Is Anal project.
Many records follow, on such labels as HIV, Neurotoxic, Epileptik, Dead End, Go More Core ...
Since '99, he also makes a HardTechno project under the name of Arcane and creates the labels Labyrinth et Phantasm.

In 2000, the Art Is Anal is getting prepared: cd et French tour….

3) A hardcore punk band from Venice Beach, California.
