Kolor is a 4 piece band from Hong Kong. The name of the band 'Kolor' was derived from the English word 'Color'. Kolor interprets music the same way an artist uses color to express their feelings and emotions on a canvas. Therefore Kolor's music is composition of many different styles and elements, and thus, they continuously strive to re-new themselves. Kolor was formed in 2005, composed of vocalist Sammy So (Traditional Chinese: 蘇浩才), guitarist (Traditional Chinese: 羅灝斌), drummer (Traditional Chinese: 朱偉初), and bassist (Traditional Chinese: 高豐). .

In 2004, Olivier Gregoire aka Kolombo from Namur, Belgium produced many electro house EPs under the name "LouLou Players", with co-producer Djerom and vocalist Lotus, which were released on Sharam Jey's label, King Kong. Koloto is the pseudonym of producer and multi-instrumentalist Maria Sullivan. Growing up in pastoral Canterbury in the UK, Maria was composing and recording music from her early teens. A self-taught guitarist, she successfully turned her attention to a variety of instruments, playing and touring with a succession of bands including 5 years as bassist with math rock outfit Delta Sleep.
