Who is Ariana, the Street Diva? This 18 year old, R&B/HipHop, singer/songwriter was born in Pittsburgh, PA but has lived a very nomadic life. Living in Alabama, Pennsylvania, and Florida gave Ariana an eclectic and mature view of the world. At the age of 5, her musical talents surfaced as she sang gospel songs with her mother. However, it was not until September 11th, that Ariana the songwriter was born.
While watching the events unfold on 9/11, at the age of 12, Ariana was compelled to compose and dedicate a song she would later entitle Strife(A brighter day is coming). Ariana continued to foster her gift for the next four years; singing in her school choir, entering talent shows, and winning songwriting competitions. Currently Ariana, the Artist, has a growing international following and Ariana, the Writer, has placed songs for artists signed to Bad Boy and Geffen Records. She has also co-written songs for artists such as Monica, J-Lo, Quad City DJ's, and more.
