Jesus Culture began in the summer of 1999, when the youth group at Bethel Church in Redding, California, led by Banning Liebscher, launched the first Jesus Culture conference. During this time they began leading worship at Jesus Culture conferences both nationally and internationally and thus the Jesus Culture band was formed. Cruel Force is a German black metal/thrash metal band formed in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany in 2008 and during the same year they released their first demo, "Into the Crypts...". After that they were quiet for almost two years until the label Heavy Force picked them up. In 2010 they released their first full-length, "The Rise of Satanic Might", only 500 copies were printed.
