Since its creation in Abitibi in 2000 the Prostitute moved from a trio to a quartet and has earned a prominent place in the alternative scene of Quebec. Its hard hitting Rock'n'roll with subversive lyrics is inspired by the energy of the Ramones and the Beach Boys pop. Their rockabilly-tinged sexy music has attracted more than one. Topi Lehtipuu was born in Australia from Finnish parents and grew up in Tampere, Finland. Artistic director of the Turku Music Festival from 2010 to 2013, Topi Lehtipuu has gained international reputation as one of Finlands highly idividual artists.
