ホワイトスネイク（Whitesnake）はイギリス出身のロックバンド。
元ディープ・パープル（Deep Purple）のヴォーカリストであるデヴィッド・カヴァーディル（David Coverdale）によって1977年に活動を開始し、ヘヴィメタルバンドの代表格として位置づけられていった。1980年代初期にカーヴァディールの諸問題により一時活動を休止したが、後に再開し、1987年のアルバムは全米最高2位、2007年までに全米だけで1000万枚以上を売り上げるという大きな成功を収めた。
現在ではヴォーカル以外のメンバーは変わってしまった者が多いが、有名バンド出身のメンバーが揃っており、現在でも高い人気を得ている。 .

ブンブンサテライツ（Boom Boom Satellites）は、中野雅之と川島道行によって結成されたビッグ・ビート（テクノ/ロック）ユニット。結成は1990年。1995年に田中フミヤ主宰とれまレコード傘下のUNTITLED RECORDS第一弾コンピレーションCDに楽曲提供し音源デビュー。 その後ベルギーのR&Sレコーズでリリースされたシングルをきっかけに、ヨーロッパの「メロディーメイカー」誌は「ケミカル・ブラザーズ、プロディジー以来の衝撃」と報じた。また、略称は「ブンサテ」「ブンブン」「BBS」など。バンド名はジグ・ジグ・スパトニックの曲名から。
1998年には、R&Sレコーズからデビューアルバムをリリース。6つのヨーロッパ大型フェスに出演後、帰国。
その後Mobyと三ヶ月間のアメリカツアーを行い、その後、ガービッジなどの多くのアーティストからリミックス依頼を受ける。2004年には長篇アニメーション映画『アップルシード』のサントラに楽曲を提供。メインテーマも担当した。
ビッグ・ビートにカテゴライズされるがギター、ベース、ドラムは生演奏など現在はよりロックに近いサウンドとなっている。

Ancient Rites is a Belgian black metal (old) / folk metal (recent) band formed in 1988. Initially, the line- up consisted of guitar players Johan and Phillip, drummer Stefan, and Gunther Theys on bass and vocals. In 1990 the Dark Ritual demo was released in the underground scene, getting worldwide attention just as black metal was gaining importance in the metal scene.
