Fernando Chorney (AKA. DJ SBX, DJ SymBiotiX, D-Latch) was born in 1987 in a small town in Guanajuato, Mexico. At the age of one he moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba in Canada and has been there ever since. The band Hypnotix was established by a married couple Milada and Michal Ditrich in Prague, Czech republic in 1998. They worked with Bourama Badji from Senegal with whom they made their most interesting album Witness of Our Time (1999).
