Die faröische Band The Ghost ist blutjung und kommt, ums auf den Punkt zu bringen, vom A*** der Welt: Die Färöer Inseln wurden augenscheinlich auf halber Strecke zwischen Schottland und Island vergessen. In die dortige Hauptstadt Tórshavn verschlug es Sänger Filip Mortensen im zarten Alter von 9 Monaten, als er aus Kolumbien adoptiert wurde. Urbanus Olsen, der zweite Teil des Duos und das elektronische Mastermind stammt aus Klaksvik, der zweitgrößten Stadt der Färöer (mit beeindruckenden 4.500 Einwohnern).
